Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for international lead generation, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in executing demand generation campaigns, scheduling appointments, and managing sales pipelines through CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle of lead generation.
- Follow up with clients and leads to drive conversions.
- Work exclusively on International Lead Generation through calls, emails, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information in CRM (experience with ZoomInfo is a plus).
- Prepare and present capability presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Execute and track demand generation campaigns.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain daily activity and performance reports
- Conduct cold/warm calls and engage in client conversations professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client expectations.
- Prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in international business development or lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful sales presentations.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹41,798.87 per month
