Senior Business Development Executive ===================================== Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive to lead and grow our business across the west region of India (Mumbai) and Tamil Nadu (Chennai). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales, access control, or security solutions, with a strong network within the consultant and system integrator ecosystem. This role requires a self -driven, result -oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship -building skills to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales enablement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and grow business across the west region of India (Mumbai) and Tamil Nadu (Chennai)Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accountsBuild and nurture strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end clientsDrive partner development and sales enablement initiativesSupport new product launches and strategic projects across IndiaRequirements Requirements: 5 -7 years of experience in business development, sales, access control, or security solutionsProven experience in the access control, ELV, or security solutions industryStrong network within the consultant and system integrator ecosystemAbility to position and sell unique, premium, and value -driven solutionsSelf -driven, result -oriented professional with excellent communication and relationship -building skills
