Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Branding, Events, Performance, and Content Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a primary focus on creating impactful branding and promo events, high potential lead generation, managing performance metrics, and overseeing content creation and distribution.
Key Responsibilities: Branding: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels. Drive branding initiatives to enhance brand perception and recognition. Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and consistent brand collateral. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Events Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and webinars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, from planning to post event analysis. Evaluate and select event venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Develop and implement pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement. Performance Marketing: Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to generate high potential leads to drive customer acquisition. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Linked in, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others. Conduct A/B testing and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that align with the brand and drive conversions. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Content Creation: Develop a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives and target audience. Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and SEO best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance, user engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements: Master degree in business management or a related field with 10-12 Years' Experience. Proven experience in Branding and performance marketing through linked in and social channels. Adept in managing branding and promo physical events in B2B space in domestic and international market. Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Linked in, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Strong creative and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Certifications in relevant areas such as Linked in, Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
