Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
    .
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize
    ROI and ROAS
    .
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the content and design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience
    in managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in
    D2C or e-commerce
    brands.
  • Strong expertise in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools
    .
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement changes to improve performance.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Prior experience working with
    D2C brands, startups, or fast-paced environments
    is a plus.
