Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Freelance 2D Animator. The 2D Animator will be responsible for creating engaging animations for various digital mediums. Day-to-day tasks include storyboarding, designing characters and backgrounds, creating motion graphics, and collaborating with the marketing team to produce creative animated content. The role involves leveraging animation software to bring creative ideas to life and ensuring all animations align with the brand's style and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in 2D animation and motion graphics
  • Experience in storyboarding, character design, and background design
  • Proficiency with animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar tools
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant experience in marketing and advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field
