About the Role

Roadzen is looking for a dynamic and creative animator who can bring ideas to life through compelling 2D and 3D animations, strong video editing, and innovative AI-driven storytelling. This is a hands-on creative role that blends classic animation craft with new-age AI tools to create impactful visual content for marketing, product storytelling, and global brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product explainers, brand films, social media, and corporate storytelling.
  • Edit and assemble high-quality video content, integrating motion graphics, typography, and sound for polished final outputs.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to transform concepts into visual narratives.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Kaiber, Sora, or similar) to create or enhance animations and videos. (AI experience is a strong plus.)
  • Work on short-form and long-form videos tailored for global digital platforms. Maintain brand consistency across all motion assets and deliver within set timelines.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a 2D and 3D animator (portfolio or reel required). Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender / Maya / Cinema 4D (or similar tools).
  • Solid understanding of video editing, storytelling, composition, and pacing. Familiarity with AI video generation or motion enhancement tools is a big plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Based in or able to work from Gurugram in a hybrid work setup.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with UI/UX motion or product animation.
  • Knowledge of sound design basics.
  • Eagerness to experiment with new creative technologies and workflows.
