Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, based in Delhi, India. As a Performance Marketer, you will design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Your responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing ad spend, managing paid media campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities across digital marketing channels. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of ad optimization, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience in education, event, or ed-tech marketing is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
