Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Delhi NCR, India The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance metrics, and optimizing campaign outcomes. Daily responsibilities include managing paid media strategies (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.), conducting audience segmentation, creating performance reports, and collaborating closely with creative and content teams to align messaging and outcomes. This role will focus on scaling customer acquisition strategies, enhancing ROI, and driving brand visibility through measurable tactical execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Paid Media Management, and Performance Optimization tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Experience on working on early stage brands
  • Data Analysis, Campaign Analytics, and Proficiency in metrics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience in Growth Marketing strategies, Funnel Optimization, and A/B Testing techniques.
  • Excellent skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Cross-functional Teamwork.
  • Understanding of customer behavior, audience segmentation, and brand positioning.
  • Familiarity with marketing for consumer goods or the pet care industry is a plus
