Job Title: Performance Marketer (Mid to Senior Level)

Location: On-Site: South Extension, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 4+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, X, E-Commerce and Q-Commerce. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and performance-oriented—capable of building high-impact digital campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and eCommerce to drive conversions and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
     Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Shopping, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Performance Analytics:
     Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools. Analyze data to drive insights and continuous improvements.
  • A/B Testing:
     Conduct tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Keyword & Audience Targeting:
     Perform keyword research and audience segmentation to improve campaign reach and relevance.
  • Creative Collaboration:
     Work with designers and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Budget Management:
     Efficiently manage ad spend across platforms, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and deliver strong ROI.
  • Industry Awareness:
     Stay up-to-date with platform updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing 
    Google Ads
    , 
    Google Shopping
    , and 
    Meta Ads
     campaigns.
  • Proficiency in 
    Google Analytics
    , 
    Meta Ads Manager
    , and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
