The platform offers goal-based financial planning tools, risk profiling, investor dashboards, digital onboarding with KYC compliance, and white-labeled solutions that can be customized to a customer's brand, with features like real-time reporting, SIP management, and even WhatsApp integration, MF Stack combines user-friendly interfaces with scalable, compliant technology to streamline investment operations for both businesses and their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage UX principles to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that meet both user

needs and business objectives.

  • Bring a keen eye for visual design, typography, and interface details, producing clean,

elegant, and usable designs.

  • Document, present, and clearly communicate design solutions and directions to

stakeholders, advocating for user-centered decisions.

  • Collaborate effectively wit h cross-functional teams, including Development, Business,

and Sales, to deliver cohesive solutions.

  • Iterate enthusiastically on designs, taking feedback into account and refining components

and UI elements as needed.

  • Leverage existing resources and design systems efficient ly to maintain consistency and

scalability.

  • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure the design vision is

realized accurately.

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and production workflows, communicating project goals

and progress to ensure alignment across product and design teams.

  • Bring knowledge of fintech apps and white-labeled products to create scalable, user-

centric designs tailored to customer 's branding.

  • Bonus: Possess motion design or graphic design skills to enhance micro-interactions,

animations, and visual storytelling across digital experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C Product or Service Design.
  • Background in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction,

Interaction Design, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch, Adobe

CC, with a willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and processes.

  • Experience contributing to and working within structured design systems.
  • Portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills, with the

ability to translate research insights into intuitive product experiences.

  • Solid understanding of all aspects of UX design, from information architecture and

systems to workflows and micro-interactions.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with fellow designers and partners in Research,

Product Management, and Engineering.

  • Experience shaping a product vision and engaging stakeholders and leadership.
  • User-centered mindset with the ability to apply research insights into the development of

meaningful product experiences.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage

multiple projects simultaneously.
