Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, intuitive, and impactful user experiences across our websites and digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and marketing to deliver world-class website interfaces aligned with user needs and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of Responsive Design, Mobile-First Principles, and UI frameworks.
  • Experience creating design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools and interaction design.

UX & Research Skills:

  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, user-centered design principles, and usability heuristics.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and usability studies.
  • Create data-backed designs that improve engagement and conversion rates.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong visual design sensibilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think from a user's perspective.
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (to collaborate effectively with developers).
  • Experience designing for WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
  • Prior work experience in designing B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Graphic Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (Freshers with excellent portfolios may also be considered).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI designs and demonstrated UX thinking.
