Job Title: UI/UX Designer (AI-Driven Design)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 3-10 years

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is strong in fundamentals and actively uses AI tools to speed up workflows across research, ideation, wireframing, and visual design. You should be hands-on, curious, and comfortable blending creative thinking with AI-driven experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Discovery

  • Understand business goals, user needs, and tech constraints.
  • Conduct basic discovery: stakeholder discussions, user interviews, and simple usability tests.
  • Convert requirements into user journeys, personas, and problem statements.

UX Design

  • Create end-to-end user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
  • Build low- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes (web and/or mobile).
  • Use AI tools to quickly explore multiple layout and navigation options.

UI Design

  • Design clean, modern, consistent UI screens aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

  • Use AI tools for:

  • Initial concepts / moodboards

  • Icons, illustrations, and imagery
  • Design variations, color and typography suggestions

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to convert ideas into usable experiences.
  • Prepare design specs and assets for handoff (Figma, Zeplin, etc.).
  • Iterate based on feedback, analytics, and user testing.
  • Present designs and AI-generated options clearly to non-design stakeholders.

AI-First Design Approach

  • Actively experiment with AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Uizard).
  • Use AI for faster ideation, wireframing, UX copy/microcopy, and heuristic checks.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

UI/UX Fundamentals

  • 310 years as a UI/UX or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio of mobile and/or web applications.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and usability heuristics.
  • Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI screens.

Design Tools

  • Strong experience in Figma (preferred) or Sketch/Adobe XD.
  • Comfortable working with design systems and component-based design.

AI Tools & Workflows

  • Practical use of AI in design, such as:

  • Figma AI / FigJam AI

  • ChatGPT or similar LLMs for ideas, UX copy, user flows
  • AI-based wireframing/UI tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, etc.)

  • Image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL
    •E, etc.)

  • Ability to judge when AI output is usable vs. when it needs manual refinement.

Soft Skills

  • Clear communication of design decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and openness to feedback.
  • Self-driven, eager to experiment and learn new tools.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience designing B2B SaaS / enterprise applications.
  • Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS, React components) for better dev collaboration.
  • Familiarity with UX research/analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to design ops, version control, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent practical experience backed by a strong portfolio.
