  • Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proven track record of leading design projects and delivering high-quality design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
