Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience and expert proficiency in Figma. You will lead the end-to-end design process, collaborating with product managers and developers to craft seamless, intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UI/UX design lifecycle from ideation to final delivery.

  • Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.

  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI kits.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights.

  • Ensure consistent design execution across multiple products and platforms.

  • Collaborate with developers for smooth design handoff and implementation.

Required Skills

  • Figma Expert – components, variants, auto layout, prototyping.

  • UI/UX Design (4+ years) – strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design and UX thinking.

  • User-Centered Design & Responsive Design – deep understanding of design principles.

  • Collaboration & Communication Skills – cross-functional team experience.

  • Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge – for effective communication with developers.

Good to Have

  • Motion design, micro-interactions, and animation skills.

  • Familiarity with FigJam, Notion, or Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Exposure to agile workflows and handoff tools like Zeplin/Avocode.
