Responsibilities :
User Interface & Experience Design

  • Create visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Translate business and user requirements into clear UI/UX solutions with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
  • Conduct UI audits to ensure consistency, visual harmony, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Research & User Insights

  • Perform user research, competitor analysis, and persona development to inform design decisions.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product design and user flows.
  • Analyze user behavior and pain points to create enhanced user journeys.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
  • Present design concepts, storyboards, and UI/UX screens to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

Design Systems & Standards

  • Contribute to or create design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistent branding and design language.
  • Maintain and update design assets, icons, illustrations, and reusable components for continuous improvement.

Tools & Documentation

  • Create design documentation, interaction guidelines, and handoff materials for developers using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Ensure proper version control and smooth handoff using tools such as Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or similar.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and technology advancements.
  • Propose innovative design solutions that enhance user experiences and overall product usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design process, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
  • Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing UI designs.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to justify design decisions clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creative thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise applications, or design systems.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (Lottie, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies.
