Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and positioning our consulting services as impactful business solutions.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys networking, solution selling, and building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, referrals, and networking events.

Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client challenges and recommend tailored consulting solutions.

Collaborate with internal consulting teams to create impactful pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as CXOs, Directors, and Senior Leaders.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Track emerging industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities to support business strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Business, Management, or related fields.

Strong understanding of business operations and consulting services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly self-driven with effective time management and organizational capabilities.

Willingness to travel frequently for client interactions and networking.
