We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, nurture leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales funnel and a consultative approach to engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Nurturing & Conversion:
Engage with prospects through emails, calls, meetings, and online platforms.
Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
Regularly follow up with leads to maintain interest and move them through the sales funnel.
Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Client Information Gathering:
Collect detailed information such as business goals, target audience, budget, decision-makers, and current challenges.
Maintain accurate and updated client data in CRM tools.
Presentation Preparation & Delivery:
Prepare tailored presentations that highlight company services and address client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech) to create effective decks and proposals.
Deliver confident, persuasive, and professional presentations to stakeholders.
Client Negotiation:
Discuss and finalize project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
Handle objections and find win-win solutions that align with business goals.
Ensure transparent and trust-building communication during negotiations.
Follow-ups & Payment Collection:
Maintain regular communication post-sale to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow up professionally for timely payments and resolve any concerns.
Coordinate with the finance team for invoice generation and clearance.
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Analyze client behavior and requirements to identify opportunities for additional services.
Propose upgrades or complementary services that add value to the client.
Build lasting relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
Experience & Working Conditions:
- Experience: 01 to 04 years (Fresher interns can also apply)
- Working Days: Mon to Fri (4th Saturday working)
- Salary: Depends on experience, no bar for the right candidate
