ECelebs is producing an exclusive luxury fashion show that brings together celebrities, designers, influencers, and premium lifestyle brands. We are seeking a high-caliber agency to take full responsibility for event direction, sponsorship management, and execution, ensuring a world-class experience for all stakeholders.

Scope of Work

  1. Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships

Design and execute tiered sponsorship packages (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Supporting).

Identify, pitch, and secure anchor sponsors and corporate partners.

Manage in-kind partnerships, vendor collaborations, and venue sponsorships.

  1. Celebrity & Influencer Management

Source, approach, and confirm celebrity and influencer participants.

Manage contracts, appearances, runway participation, and VIP experience.

Coordinate influencer promotions and red-carpet activities.

  1. Creative Direction & Event Production

Develop and execute the show concept, stage, and runway design.

Oversee styling, choreography, lighting, sound, and backstage operations.

Align with designers, models, and creative teams to deliver a premium experience.

  1. PR, Media & Marketing

Plan and execute media outreach, press coverage, and social media campaigns.

Manage photography, videography, and live coverage.

Ensure measurable brand exposure for sponsors and partners.

  1. Budgeting & Financial Reporting

Oversee the event budget and financial planning.

Provide sponsors and investors with ROI reports post-event.

Ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

Deliverables

Minimum 2–3 Platinum/Gold sponsors confirmed.

Fully secured venue and hospitality partners.

Confirmed roster of celebrities and influencers.

End-to-end production of a high-profile fashion show.

Comprehensive post-event report covering media, sponsors, and performance metrics.

Ideal Agency / Company Profile

Proven experience in luxury fashion shows, lifestyle events, or large-scale experiential marketing.

Strong networks with brands, celebrities, media, and investors.

Capable of end-to-end production, including creative, operations, and sponsorship management.

Team with professional project management, PR, and event execution capabilities.

Engagement Terms

Project-based retainer or fee, plus performance incentives for sponsors or brand deliverables.

Option for strategic partnership if agency brings long-term value (equity or co-branding).
