Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee all aspects of events and conventions, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze event trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning and management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing, sales, and operations principles.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with event technology, software, and tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive event success.
