Job Title: Art Director – 2D & 3D (BTL/Events & Activations)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Art Director who can seamlessly blend 2D and 3D design expertise with a strong creative vision. The role demands an eye for detail, a deep understanding of events, exhibitions, activations, and brand promotions, and the ability to bring concepts to life visually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development of event setups, exhibition booths, activation spaces, and brand creatives.
  • Conceptualize and design in 2D (layouts, branding, collaterals) and 3D (event spaces, stage designs, product displays).
  • Collaborate with the creative & client servicing teams to convert briefs into impactful visual stories.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Oversee junior designers and provide creative direction when required.

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing both 2D & 3D design in the BTL/events/exhibitions domain.
  • Proficiency in software like Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, 3ds Max, or similar.
  • Ability to think creatively under tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in an activation/BTL agency is a must.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience.
