Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met. They will develop strategies to improve client satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and provide ongoing support to clients. Additionally, they will be responsible for identifying opportunities for client growth and new business development.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the education sector or market entry services is a plus
