**Job Title**: Client Relationship Executive

**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka

**Salary**: Up to 3.5 LPA (based on experience and knowledge)

**Number of Openings**: 10+

**Experience**: 0 - 1 Year
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects.
- Handle client relationships effectively, resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize tools and insights for productive sales activities.
- Follow defined sales processes for each opportunity.
- Cultivate business relationships to drive product/service uptake.
- Guide customers towards desired outcomes through approved channels.
- Analyze client portfolios and reconnect with inactive traders.
- Proactively resolve payment issues and manage client queries.
- Schedule meetings with existing and potential contacts.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **0-1 year of experience in telemarketing or client-facing roles in financial services.**:

- **Must have good knowledge, certifications related to Forex (For Freshers)**:

- Sales-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills preferred.
- **Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and one regional language.**:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth.
- Experience in team management and achieving targets.
- Capability in strategic business expansion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience in the online financial trading industry**, including Forex, CFDs, and MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
