**Job Summary**
The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with services or products, and driving customer loyalty. The role includes addressing client needs, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow the client base.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business goals, and providing customized solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Regularly meet with clients (in-person or virtually) to ensure ongoing satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Build rapport with clients, working proactively to address their needs and concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
**2. Client Support & Issue Resolution**
- Resolve any issues or conflicts clients may face, coordinating with internal departments to ensure prompt solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
**3. Sales & Business Development**
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, set appointments, and assist in closing new business deals.
- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Promote additional company services or offerings that can benefit the client.
**4. Account Management & Reporting**
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements in the CRM system.
- Track client accounts, contracts, and payments, ensuring all services are delivered as promised..
- Collaborate with Hotel managers and internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
**Skills & QualificationsEducation & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in customer service is a mandatory.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client issues effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Should know the basic (Word, Excel) and IDS software.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
