Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Relationship Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored property solutions. The role includes conducting site visits, coordinating transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the home-buying process. The Sales Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
  • Experience in sales, real estate consultation, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Bengaluru South
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-oriented approach
  • Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, real estate, or related field (preferred)
