Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will handle daily customer interactions to understand and fulfil their real estate requirements, guide customers through the property selection process, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, providing customer support, maintaining relationships with customers, and closing sales deals.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in real estate sales or a similar field
  • Ability to manage and close sales deals
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools
  • High level of self-motivation and a result-oriented mindset
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
