Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored HR solutions. Core responsibilities include client communication, understanding and addressing client needs, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Additional tasks involve collaborating with internal teams, managing expectations, and assisting in the delivery of recruitment and HR services to achieve business goals.

  • Relationship building, client management, and communication skills
  • Business development, strategic thinking, and negotiation capabilities
  • Team collaboration and stakeholder management expertise
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for client management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 4 to 9 years of experience in Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
  • Must have experience in DSA handling
  • Ticket Size Exposure: ₹50 Lakhs to ₹5 Crores
  • Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree)
  • CIBIL Score: Above 650
  • Preference: Local Bangalore candidates only
  • Stability: Must be currently employed
  • Performance: Last 3 months' performance will be evaluated
