Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new HoReCa (Hotel, restaurant, and Catering) and trading clients in assigned micro-markets

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with decision-makers (chefs, procurement heads, purchase managers, and owners)

  • Promote and sell our complete range of products

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain healthy order volumes from repeat clients

  • Provide product samples, pricing quotation, Product Catalogue, and close deals effectively

  • Coordinate with logistics and cold chain delivery teams for timely dispatch

  • Track client feedback, service levels, and ensure high satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and customer data in CRM.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)

  • 0–3 years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, FMCG, Food Distribution, or Hospitality sector

  • preferred Strong local market knowledge of Bangalore food zones

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and c customer-centric

  • 2-wheeler is mandatory along with a driving license.

  • Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.

  • Ability to manage field sales and visit targeted outlets per week. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
