**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Elevator / Construction Industry
**Company**: Teknix Elevators Pvt. Ltd.
**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka
**Experience**: Minimum 1+ Year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, and contractors.
- Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to convert leads into orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and installation schedules.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **sales (preferably construction/elevator industry)**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market preferred.
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.

**Salary**:
