**Job Summary**:
The Sales, Marketing, and Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying potential leads, generating qualified leads, and driving the company’s sales pipeline. This role combines aspects of sales, marketing, and lead generation to increase revenue, expand customer base, and build long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline.
- Qualify leads and assess client needs to drive sales conversions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and potential clients to maintain engagement.
- **Marketing & Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to support lead generation goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute content tailored to target audiences.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems, ensuring all interactions and progress are recorded.
- Foster and nurture relationships with clients to drive retention and future business opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer needs, preferences, and buying patterns.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market research to identify new trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
- Monitor industry news and trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Results-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with lead generation software and techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,626.98 - ₹35,064.32 per month
