**Position**: Counter Sales Executive
**Location**: Banashankari 1st stage
**Reporting to**: Store Manager

**Job Overview**:
The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers who come to the store, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and attend to customers as they enter the store.
- Identify customers' needs and recommend products that meet those needs.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash, card, or digital payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter.
- Ensure proper stock levels at the counter and report low inventory.
- Upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Address customer complaints and issues professionally and escalate if necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
- Collaborate with other team members for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales or a related field is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
