Location - Mumbai

Now, we're looking for a Director – Vendor Development / Supply to drive the next wave of logistics excellence.

What You'll Drive:

As a Director, you'll play a mission-critical role in building and managing the vendor ecosystem that powers our freight movement across India. This includes:

Owning cluster P&L and driving supply-side growth

Discovering, onboarding, and retaining high-performing vendor partners

Leading a team of Supply Associates to ensure seamless truck placements across lanes

Pricing RFQs strategically to win business and maintain profitability

Managing key vendor relationships with a long-term, value-focused lens

Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Ops for market intelligence and expansion

Ensuring vendor training, performance standards, and dispute resolution

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Sales / Operations / Vendor Management

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced logistics environment

Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution
