Role Overview
We are seeking a Global Change Management Lead to drive the organisational change strategy and adoption for a multi-SaaS digital transformation program, including Oracle Fusion, Darwinbox, Salesforce, Anaplan, Power BI, and Payroll systems. This role will be responsible for defining and executing change management frameworks, ensuring smooth adoption across global business units, HR, finance, sales, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-wide digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and end-user adoption planning, with a strong understanding of how change impacts business processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement a global change management framework, ensuring seamless adoption of SaaS applications.
• Define change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and communication roadmaps for Oracle Fusion, Darwinbox, Salesforce, Anaplan, Power BI, and Payroll rollouts.
• Align change initiatives with overall business transformation goals, ensuring executive sponsorship and leadership buy-in.
• Establish change readiness assessment models, tracking organisational preparedness for system go-lives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications:
• Act as the primary point of contact for change management, working with executive leadership, business unit heads, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning:

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications:
• Act as the primary point of contact for change management, working with executive leadership, business unit heads, and HR teams.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy, leveraging email campaigns, webinars, town halls, and digital content.
• Collaborate with regional and local business leaders to tailor change strategies for cultural and operational differences.
• Address resistance to change proactively, managing stakeholder concerns and mitigating risks.
Training & End-User Adoption:
• Design and oversee end-user training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Work with learning & development teams to create e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and self-service learning materials.
• Establish and manage Super User / Change Champion networks to drive adoption at local levels.
• Develop performance tracking KPIs for system adoption and user engagement, using analytics from Power BI and other reporting tools.
Business Process Alignment & Governance:
• Ensure alignment between business processes, system enhancements, and change management plans.
• Develop and oversee post-go-live adoption support models, ensuring sustained system usage and ongoing optimisation.
• Work with HR, IT, and Finance teams to integrate change management into HR processes (e.g., onboarding, employee experience).
• Establish a continuous improvement model, collecting feedback and refining change strategies based on user experience.
Technical & Tool Expertise:
• Experience managing change for multi-SaaS environments, including Oracle Fusion (ERP & HCM), Darwinbox (HRMS), Salesforce (CRM), Anaplan (FP&A), Power BI (Analytics), and Payroll platforms.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack), and enterprise communication platforms.
• Proficiency in data-driven change analytics, leveraging Power BI or similar reporting tools to track adoption and impact.
• Knowledge of digital adoption platforms (WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix) to enhance end-user experience.
Key Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
• 12+ years of experience in global change management, organisational transformation, or business process reengineering.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale SaaS adoption programs across multiple business functions.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user adoption methodologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyse business impact and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in Change Management (PROSCI, ACMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in HR, Finance, and Sales transformation programs.
• Knowledge of behavioural science and digital workplace adoption strategies.
• Background in Agile Change Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
