Job Title: Business Development Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and push growth with clear focus and accountability. The ideal candidate is sharp, confident in communication, and committed to delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare pitches, proposals, and presentations that clearly communicate value.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align growth strategies.
  • Track pipeline progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular forecast reports.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clarity and confidence.
