We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Manager to lead client-facing HR operations and deliver strategic and hands-on support across HR lifecycle activities. The role requires a strong understanding of core HR functions including employee engagement, onboarding, performance processes, grievance handling, documentation, and coordination with client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients on HR operational matters
  • Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management: onboarding to exit
  • Draft HR policies, manage documentation, contracts, and letters
  • Support client employees with queries, grievances, and engagement activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for timely resolution of HR issues
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and internal HR best practices
  • Prepare regular HR MIS reports, track leaves, and manage HRMS
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR strategies and improvements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles
  • Prior experience in client-facing HR or consulting environment is preferred
  • Strong command of labor laws, documentation, and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS platforms
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-client environments
  • Willing to work from office full-time initially; hybrid mode later

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Work Schedule

  • 5-day work week (Sat/Sun work if client support demands)
  • Full-time from office for the first 2 months
  • Hybrid model post-integration (2–3 days/week in office)
