Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajkot for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and contacting potential clients, promoting product offerings, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Other responsibilities include providing product training, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve organizational growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to deliver Training sessions and familiarize customers and teams with products and sales techniques.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the sales & marketing in submersible pump & pipes industry will be advantageous.
