Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant (Only Female)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head

Location: Metoda,GIDC, Rajkot(Gujarat)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose:

To support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day operations, customer communication, quotation preparation, order tracking, and promotional activities to achieve the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, inquiries, and sales reports.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, payments, and feedback.
  • Support in planning and execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital promotions.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
  • Handle documentation related to domestic and export sales (if applicable).
  • Maintain proper records of correspondence, offers, and contracts.
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry).
  • Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Basic Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
  • Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling.
  • Time management and ability to multitask.
  • Attention to detail and record-keeping.

Age Limit:

  • 22 to 35 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
