Export Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Sales Representative to join our team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong understanding of international markets and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new export sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
- Attend trade shows and business meetings as required.
Skills:
- Excellent technical communication skills able to explain product specifications and applications clearly.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or SalesTown.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Personal Traits:
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Able to collaborate closely with production and design teams for customized solutions.
Education & Technical Knowledge:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
- Understanding of graphite, composites, machining, or high-temperature products is a strong plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales of technical/industrial products.
- Proven track record of developing new international markets.
- Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade compliance.
