Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Sales Representative to join our team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong understanding of international markets and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new export sales opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export regulations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize sales.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
  • Attend trade shows and business meetings as required.

Skills:

  • Excellent technical communication skills able to explain product specifications and applications clearly.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or SalesTown.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Personal Traits:

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to collaborate closely with production and design teams for customized solutions.

Education & Technical Knowledge:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Materials, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Understanding of graphite, composites, machining, or high-temperature products is a strong plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales of technical/industrial products.
  • Proven track record of developing new international markets.
  • Familiarity with export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade compliance.
