
Manager - International Sales/Export

Experience - 4 to15 years of proven experience in International Business Development, preferably in the Agro Commodities or Animal Feed industry.
Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, International Trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for Agro commodities and Animal feed products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with global clients and suppliers.
- Drive end-to-end export operations including documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the Biofuels division.
- Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Agro Commodities or Animal Feed markets and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships with global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international payment terms (LC, TT, etc.).
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
