Location: Ernakulam (EKM)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to join our growing team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive a team towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives

· Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them

· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

· Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements

· Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Leadership and team management capabilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
