Job Opening: Community-First Product Marketer – SIYA (AI Teacher Assistant)

We don't just need a "Product Marketing Manager." We're hunting for someone who believes "Customer is King" and wakes up every morning thinking about how to serve them better.

What You'll Do

· Own our WhatsApp Teacher Communities — grow them, nurture them, and make them so valuable that teachers can't stop talking about SIYA.

· Design creative campaigns that make teachers feel heard, supported, and celebrated.

· Craft positioning, messaging & narratives that make teachers go "Finally, someone gets me."

· Work with sales, product, and content teams to turn teacher love → school adoption.

· Conduct market & teacher feedback loops, turning insights into strategies that scale.

· Represent SIYA at events, webinars, and school conversations with confidence and empathy.

· Track engagement metrics, but more importantly — track teacher smiles and trust.

Skills That'll Make You Shine

· 3–6 years in Product Marketing (startup hustle preferred).

· Strong storytelling chops — you can turn features into feelings.

· Experience with community building, lifecycle marketing, and GTM strategies.

· High empathy — you listen deeply before you talk.

· Comfort with CRM, marketing tools, and running campaigns end-to-end.

Bonus Points If…

· You've worked in EdTech, school-tech, or built teacher/educator communities before.

· You've ever run a WhatsApp/Telegram/Slack community and kept it alive (without spamming memes .

· You know how to win trust of principals, HODs, and teachers alike.
