Jewellery Production Manager

Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad

Job Description:

· Plan, schedule, and monitor daily jewellery production activities.

· Allocate work to artisans, karigars, setters, polishers, and other departments.

· Ensure production timelines and delivery schedules are met.

· Perform quality checks at each stage: casting, filling, setting, polishing, finishing.

· Ensure adherence to design, weight, purity, stone quality, and craftsmanship standards.

· Identify defects and coordinate rework where required.

· Manage gold, silver, diamond, gemstone, CZ, and other raw materials.

· Track material issuance and consumption to avoid wastage.

· Work closely with designers to understand product requirements.

· Communicate production updates to management and relevant teams.

· Liaise with vendors/outside karigars for outsourced processes.

· Identify areas to improve productivity, reduce wastage, and enhance quality.

· Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth workflow.

· Maintain records of daily production, material usage, job orders, and QC reports.

· Prepare weekly and monthly production reports

· Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes (casting, soldering, stone setting, polishing, plating, finishing).

· Understanding of precious metals and stones.

· Strong coordination and team management skills.

· Good attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP software preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
