About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
E-commerce Operations Executive
to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail brand's website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, order management, catalogue updates, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Product Management

  • Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates on the brand's website.
  • Ensure accurate catalogue uploads with proper images, attributes, tags, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Coordinate with the design/content team to update banners, landing pages, and seasonal collections.

Order & Inventory Management

  • Monitor daily orders, track dispatches, and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.
  • Ensure timely order processing, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Regularly review stock availability, track slow-moving products, and maintain stock sync with the warehouse.

Customer Experience

  • Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve order-related queries.
  • Track delays, escalations, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Data & Reporting

  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, returns, and overall website performance.
  • Monitor website KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, bounce rate, and product performance.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and sales.

Coordination & Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
  • Assist in campaign launches, discount setups, and promotional activities on the website.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations for a retail brand website.
  • Strong understanding of product cataloguing, order flow, payment gateways, and inventory systems.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like
    Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento
    (any one).
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel/Google Sheets
    for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

  • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
  • Awareness of UI/UX fundamentals for website improvement suggestions.
