Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the ecommerce industry.
- Analyze customer feedback, survey results, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Develop comprehensive reports on market insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement market research findings into business operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous learning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-6 years of experience in Market Research (Exp required in ecommerce domain mandatory).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing principles, including online surveys, customer feedback collection methods, and competitive analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets from various sources (surveys, social media metrics).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong communication skills required.
