Role Overview
We are looking for a high-caliber Ecommerce Brand Head to drive and scale our online business across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-retail platforms. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, strong industry relationships, and hands-on experience managing P&L, brand growth, and digital commerce operations.
This role will lead the ecommerce strategy for our brand, ensuring aggressive business growth, superior customer experience, and strong online market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Leadership
• Own and drive the P&L for all ecommerce channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and brand objectives.
• Build annual & monthly sales budgets and demand plans.
• Analyze market trends, category insights, and competition to drive strategic decisions.
E-Commerce Platform Management
• Manage relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, and other online partners.
• Secure participation in platform events, brand days, and promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate terms, marketing investments, margins, and inventory commitments.
• Ensure smooth product onboarding, content uploads, and brand store management.
Inventory & Supply Chain
• Plan inventory and supply schedules in line with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to maintain healthy stock turn and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Marketing & Brand Building
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to run performance campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
• Improve organic discoverability, ratings, reviews, and conversion funnels.
• Ensure high-quality product listings, content, and A+ pages.
Data & Performance Management
• Track key ecommerce KPIs: sales, margins, contribution, conversions, ROAS, CTR, ASP, return rates etc.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing, promotion planning, and consumer offers.
• Analyze business dashboards and platform reports to take proactive decisions.
Operational Excellence
• Lead programs for rate control, return reduction, and warranty claim management.
• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies & brand protection.

Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in consumer electronics/ durable industry.
• Proven success scaling business on Amazon/Flipkart and other D2C platforms.
• Strong industry network with ecommerce category teams & agencies.
• Deep understanding of marketplace business models, algorithms, and promotional structure.
• Strong financial & analytical skills — hands-on experience managing P&L, pricing, and contribution margins.
