Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Management Trainee CA at D2C Ecommerce. The Management Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to office and accounts management to support the company's operations. The Management Trainee will be responsible for tasks related to accounting, GST filing, bookkeeping and ledger entries, TDS filing, analytical skills, communication, invoices, Purchase orders, Internal Audit, ITR filing on a day-to-day basis., and Audit Preparation.

Qualifications

• Office Management and Accounts skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, commerce, accounting or related field
• Experience or knowledge in Accounting, TDS Filing and GST filing
• In-depth knowledge in relevant areas of accounting
• Strong problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented and organized mindset
• Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of CA internship requirements
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• CA Fresher or pursuing CA Finals, whose CA Articleship is completed

Additional Skills will be an added advantage

• Experience with retail-specific software solutions, such as POS systems, e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to work in a Start-up with high ownership.
• Knowledge of E-commerce portals and accounting is a plus

This is a full-time role with 3 months on the job training with a fixed stipend as well as performance-based bonus. The Fixed Stipend during 3 Months during on-the-job training will be
INR 20,000 per month
, with an additional Performance Bonus monthly.

The high performing Management Trainee will get a PPO, and the role will convert into a full-time job with a high ESOPs plan, at the position of

(7.5 LPA in Salary + 6 LPA in ESOPs)

Fixed - 60%

Variable - 40%, paid quarterly

ESOPs - INR 24 Lacs
with 4 Years Quarterly vesting, and 1 year cliff, thereby INR 6 Lacs per year)

Candidates who are appearing for CA Finals and have not yet cleared CA Final, will be selected, based on Performance, as Junior Manager - Finance and Accounts, post successful completion of Management Trainee

CTC - 9 LPA
(6 LPA in Salary + 3 LPA in ESOPs)

Fixed - 60%

Variable - 40%, paid quarterly

ESOPs - INR 12 Lacs
with 4 Years Quarterly vesting, and 1 year cliff, thereby INR 3 Lacs per year)
