Operations Intern – Campus Ambassador Program | Physics Wallah

Role Overview:

Looking for a performance-driven Operations Intern to manage Campus Ambassadors, run college outreach campaigns, track daily dashboards, and support user acquisition through structured growth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Performance Management

  • Lead and onboard Campus Ambassadors across multiple colleges.
  • Set daily/weekly tasks and drive consistent achievement of sign-up targets.
  • Maintain high motivation, clarity, and accountability within CA teams.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Execute college-level outreach through WhatsApp groups, societies, and events.
  • Support CAs with communication plans, micro-campaigns, and engagement ideas.
  • Align campaigns with Growth & Marketing teams for maximum conversions.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards on Sheets/Excel (sign-ups, conversions, CA KPIs).
  • Ensure clean data, daily reporting, and identification of bottlenecks.

Operations & Coordination

  • Handle CA queries and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  • Share one-links, updates, tasks, and communication material on time.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally for weekly planning and quick resolution of issues.

Target Ownership

  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
  • Report progress proactively to Growth Managers.

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership & communication (Hindi + English)
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheets
  • High operational discipline & multitasking
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
  • Understanding of campus culture (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Pursuing/completed Bachelor's (Business/Marketing/Mass Comm/Management preferred)
  • Prior leadership or event/community management experience is a plus
  • Freshers with strong campus involvement are welcome
