Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Noida with flexibility for partial work-from-home. As an Admission Counsellor, the candidate will be required to assist prospective students throughout the admissions process. This includes nurturing leads, following up on inquiries, providing detailed information about BioPractify's programs, guiding students in enrollment procedures, and maintaining a professional relationship with potential applicants to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall admission experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guiding and supporting prospective students effectively.
  • Proficiency in counseling, student guidance, and understanding educational program offerings.
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills for managing student records and tracking inquiries.
  • An understanding of biotechnology or related domains is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree is preferred; advanced educational qualifications are a plus.
