Job Title: Operations Intern/ Executive

Location: Sec-155, Noida

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 
Operations Intern/Executive
to join our growing team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience for individuals who are eager to understand how day-to-day operations are managed in a fast-paced business environment. You will work closely with the operations team to support process coordination, resource management, and overall efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily operations across production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Support timely execution of dispatches and order fulfillment activities.
  • Help in tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records with the
  • warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Contribute to operational scheduling, workforce coordination, and data management.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance.
  • Participate in quality checks and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and share insights with the management team.
  • Act as a support link between floor teams, management, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in business operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Good command of MS Excel and familiarity with ERP tools or reporting systems is a
  • plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
