Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Travel Operations Executive
to manage and

coordinate day-to-day operational activities related to tours and travel. The ideal candidate

will work closely with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, vendors, and internal teams to

ensure smooth and efficient tour execution, while maintaining high service standards and

optimizing costs

Key Responsibilities:

 Coordinate daily with
hotels, transport providers, DMCs, vendors
, and clients to

ensure smooth and timely execution of tour operations.

 Negotiate with vendors and hotel partners to secure the most competitive rates and

high-quality services.

 Maintain and
update operational records, reports, and trackers
using MS Excel or

relevant tools.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and client

satisfaction.

 Monitor and resolve any operational issues or escalations in a timely and efficient

manner.

 Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to travel

operations.

 Support in the creation of itineraries and operational plans when required.

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.

 1.5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

 Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

 Prior experience working with DMCs or in a travel agency environment
