Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Package Executive with 1–2 years of experience in designing and managing domestic and international travel packages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong vendor coordination skills, and the ability to craft memorable itineraries tailored to diverse customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and curate customized tour packages based on client requirements and market trends.

  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local guides to ensure seamless travel experiences.

  • Research and update destination knowledge, seasonal offerings, and pricing strategies.

  • Handle client inquiries, provide travel consultations, and close sales effectively.

  • Maintain and update package details on company platforms and brochures.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote packages via digital and offline channels.

  • Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve package offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tour package creation or travel operations.

  • Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international destinations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with travel CRM tools and GDS systems.

  • Multilingual abilities or regional language proficiency.

  • Creative flair for itinerary design and storytelling.
